For a guaranteed reservation, your Deposit Payment of $100 will be required to secure your place at CampFest. The balance of your payment will be due FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the CampFest start date. You can choose to make multiple payments.

Refund Terms: Your $100 Deposit is non-refundable.
A cancellation at least 4 weeks prior to your expected arrival will result in your full balance being refunded. (NOT your non-refundable $100 Deposit)
Where a cancellation of between 4 – 2 weeks prior to your noted arrival date is advised, your accommodation charge will be refunded, less your non-refundable deposit. Your CampFest fees will need your booking to be replaced by another attendee for you to receive a refund. This MAY result in a delay in your refund payment being processed back to you.
A cancellation of less than 2 weeks before your planned arrival will need your booking to be replaced by another attendee for you to receive a refund. This MAY result in a delay in your refund payment being processed back to you.
