Bookings are ESSENTIAL for ALL Classes and Retreats.
ALL RETREATS
We have motel rooms with a queen bed and one or two singles in each room. Each room will be Twin Share with only two people per room. The rooms all have their own ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette that is ideal for basic meals and will allow you to prepare your breakfasts each day.
All lunches and evening meals are included in your booking cost.
All retreats are 4 days and 3 nights. Arrival from noon on day 1 and departure by 4pm on day 4. Extra nights’ accommodation at own cost.
ALL retreats and classes have a minimum charge of $150 payable to lock in your booking. Your deposit is NOT refundable. (This is the full class price)
The balance of your retreat fee must be paid off in full at least one month prior to your retreat date.
No refunds at all for cancellations within one month of your retreat date.
NO Stairs!! ALL rooms have a single step to enter.

These will be very small class sizes, run in my sewing room next to reception, so there are only limited places available.
CLASSES – $150
All classes run for 5 hours and include a Tea/Coffee Station, Morning or Afternoon Tea, Lunch, ALL MATERIALS and any patterns needed. LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE.
ALL materials are INCLUDED. Just bring your Heavy Duty Domestic sewing machine. (You will be sewing Vinyl)
RETREATS – $600
Retreats are all 4 days 3 nights – Generally Thursday to Sunday.

Accommodation is Twin Share in Motel Rooms. You provide your own breakfast. All day Coffee/Tea Station, Afternoon Tea, Lunches and Dinners are included. (Dinner is from 6pm to 7pm)
Arrival on your first day is at 12pm with ALL retreats running from 9am to 6pm on all other days. Your last day is more sewing or catch up with a departure before 4pm
Pre-arranged additional days are for accommodation only and are subject to availability at your cost. $100 per each additional night.
BEGINNER BAG MAKING RETREATS
All Sew Jenni patterns are designed to be used with teaching assistance during classes or retreats and are only very basic written instructions.
At Sew Jenni Retreats and Classes, we use and recommend bag making templates and tools from Brymaxx Precision
When you book a class or retreat with Sew Jenni, you will receive a discount link, so, if you choose to, you can order your own templates for our featured bags.
We offer a classroom style learning retreat, with the focus on our retreat elements, with all materials for projects included, and additional materials available for purchase at the retreat.
Our aim is to have you leave us with multiple finished items, so we include items in our retreats that are not only bags.
These items are however, designed to give you practice and to teach or reinforce skills in the areas that you will need when you increase your sewing abilities and move onto more difficult and time-consuming projects.
We will also offer additional patterns from some of our favourite designers, these are fun bags, purses, pouches and wallets that will work further on your skills and have you leaving us with a very real sense of accomplishment. These patterns are included in your retreat cost and are yours to keep.

Come along and enjoy a fun relaxed Christmas Themed Retreat.
Make a large Kreative Kiwi Christmas themed Large Applique Design. Choose from a Christmas Angel, Nutcrackers, Santa or Mrs Claus, Elves, Reindeer, Gnomes, Candles, Bells, Gingerbread Man, and even a Stacked Christmas Tree or Snowman.
